Working principle and printing technology

The model is equipped with two printheads for applying images to rigid and flexible materials. The separate channel configuration allows working with neon colours, ensuring optimal performance.

Two dark metal printheads side by side: the left one glows orange and is labelled for UV printing, the right one glows blue and is labelled for fabric.
Separate heads for UV printing and fabric: Two distinct printheads — one for UV printing on glass, wood, acrylic, and plastic, the other for t-shirts, hoodies, and canvas — expand the range of materials.

The device supports various methods of transferring images onto hard and textile surfaces. This versatility allows applying prints to glass, acrylic, canvas, and leather with high adhesion.

A selection of samples with material labels: clear acrylic with a children's party, a dog on canvas, cotton fabric, a cap with a patch, jeans, and a skateboard with a sticker.
Examples of printing on various materials: The printer covers UV, DTG, DTF, and UV DTF methods and applies images to glass, acrylic, canvas, cotton, denim, and stickers.

A single device replaces multiple individual printers for different types of printing. This optimises the workspace and reduces the overall costs of equipping the workshop.

A printer with a black front panel and white sides stands next to three separate machines for UV, DTF, and DTG printing, labelled as the traditional approach.
One printer instead of three: A single compact xTool O1 Omni printer combines the capabilities of separate machines for UV, DTF, and DTG printing and features a lower stated price.

The series offers several configurations depending on production needs. The Dual UV version is optimal for creating neon effects and working with flexible workpieces.

A comparison chart of three printer editions, where only the dual-head UV version has neon printing and support for flexible materials.
Comparison of printer editions: The dual-head UV edition works with rigid and flexible materials and adds neon red and yellow, which are absent in the other two editions.

Positioning system and software

The Pixel-Scan™ system combines full-area laser scanning with CIS imaging. This ensures object capture at a 1:1 scale without optical distortion.

Two pairs of round badges with a polar bear: the left pair is flat and clear, the right is distorted by the camera, and above, a laser grid covers coins on the desktop.
Scanning accuracy comparison: The scanning system combines laser probing of the entire working surface with distortion-free camera imaging, so round badges retain their true shape.

The software includes a library of over 2000 textures and artificial intelligence-based tools. This allows generating effects and quickly applying spot colours.

Three photos, split in half into the original and a stylised version, next to texture samples and a leopard with multi-coloured stones and a spot varnish mark on its eye.
Software effects and textures: Software AI effects stylise photos to look like knitting, embroidery, and painting, while the texture library and spot varnish complement the drawing with expressive accents.

A unified workspace integrates control of the printer and laser machines. This simplifies combined tasks of printing and subsequent material cutting.

Unified environment for printing and cutting: A single software environment combines UV printing of a photograph and laser cutting of a cake topper contour.

Automated maintenance and safety

The device features a white ink mixing and circulation system. A smart moisturising system prevents the printhead from drying out during technological downtime.

The internal structure of the printer with three labelled protection units: white ink mixing on the left, circulation in the middle, and the moisturising system on the right.
Ink clogging protection: Automatic mixing and circulation of white ink, along with the moisturising system, protect the printing path from settling, clogging, and drying out.

The DTF method is used to create vibrant fabric transfers. This approach guarantees the durability of prints for up to fifty wash cycles.

Two scenes with a young man in a denim jacket: on the left he works with a printer where fabric lies on the platform, on the right he smooths out a printed film on a denim garment next to a white press.
Direct printing and film transfer: The printer allows applying images to clothing in two ways: printing directly on the fabric or on film for subsequent transfer.

Creating waterproof UV DTF stickers allows transferring images to any curved surfaces. The technology supports continuous printing on film lengths of up to 15 m.

A helmet, a perfume bottle, a cup, and a skateboard with bright decorative patterns are arranged around the printer in the centre.
Decals on various products: The printer creates colourful decals for a helmet, a bottle, a cup, and a skateboard, including for products with curved surfaces.

Working with curved surfaces

The software integrates with the rotary attachment for accurate object previewing. This allows adapting the design to the complex shape of a cylindrical product.

A printer with white side panels and a cup on a rotary holder, alongside a laptop with a layout, and below, three holders with a bottle, a mug, and a glass.
Design preview on a cup: The rotary holder secures the cup inside the printer, while the laptop software shows the print layout on its image; separate holders hold a bottle, a mug, and a glass.

The rotary attachment supports two clamping options for different types of workpieces. The chuck securely holds mugs, while the tailstock module stabilises lightweight cans.

Two mounting configurations: a jaw chuck for tumblers, glasses, and patterned mugs, and jaws with a tailstock module for cans and Christmas baubles.
Two options for mounting objects: The jaw chuck is suitable for the most common cup shapes, while the jaws with a tailstock module are for cans, baubles, and other small round objects.

360° rotation and chuck clamping ensure full-circle printing without manual measurements. This eliminates visible seams and pattern misalignment at the joints.

Two steel tumblers with a reindeer and poinsettia pattern: on the left, the pattern joint is invisible, on the right, a vertical gap is visible at the seam.
Seamless full wrap of a tumbler: A full wrap of a cylindrical tumbler with a Christmas pattern is executed without a noticeable seam, whereas inaccurate alignment leaves a gap at the joint where the pattern begins and ends.

Special effects and mass production

Varnish allows forming embossed images up to 7 mm high and creating tactile effects. Fluorescent inks provide the glow of individual details in the dark.

A selection of five samples: an embossed can with cherries, a drone operator patch, a painting with brushstroke texture, an invitation with gold foil, and a glowing clock.
Printing special effects: The device adds to prints embossed detailing, flexible dimensional relief, tactile texture, foiling, and fluorescent glow.

The laminator module supports the application of gold, silver, or holographic foil to flat materials. This process forms a premium finish on surfaces up to 8 mm thick.

A woman in an olive cardigan places a sheet of gold foil onto a printed card with a floral pattern next to a foiling module and a white printer.
Foiling of a printed impression: A separate black foiling module allows applying gold foil to a print with a floral ornament, printed on the adjacent printer.

Ready-made UV DTF crystal decals feature resistance to water and scratches. They are suitable for application on dimensional and uneven objects without thermal processing.

A set of decal samples: stickers on a helmet, a tumbler with a fruit pattern, gold and silver logos, a holographic sign, an acrylic menu, and nautical wall motifs.
Examples of UV decals: UV printing allows creating decorative stickers for helmets, tumblers, mugs, acrylic, and walls, including gold and silver foil and hologram effects.

The roll feeder automates the layout and cutting process for small-batch production. It allows continuously creating rolls of UV DTF stickers.

A desktop white-and-black printer outputs a long transparent film with a bright print, nearby stand a skateboard with the same design, a mug, and stickers, and five operational stages are marked below.
Printing on roll film: The device prints colourful UV DTF images on a long roll of transparent film in the sequence: printing, lamination, automatic cutting, application.

The device supports direct printing on canvas, static cling vinyl, and transparent films. The actual application length for these materials reaches 11.8 m.

Four examples of roll materials: a ribbon with a colourful pattern from a printer, vinyl with text on a shop window, text on a car rear window, and botanical decor on a wall.
Roll printing materials: Canvas, static vinyl, ultra-clear UV vinyl, and polymeric vinyl expand the range of printing applications: from interior decor to window and car styling.
