Payment Methods
The total cost of your 3D printer, 3D scanner, spare parts, accessories, and 3D printing services, as well as other equipment and services, can be settled using the following payment methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed immediately through our bank’s secure payment gateway (Redsys/Stripe). All data is fully encrypted, and we do not store your card details.
2. Bizum
The quickest and simplest method. Select "Pay with Bizum" at checkout, enter your mobile number, and authorise the transaction via your banking app. Payment is instantaneous, and your order is processed immediately.
3. Bank Transfer
You can make a payment via a transfer to our bank account. The account details (IBAN) will be displayed on the screen upon completing your order and included in your confirmation email.
Note: Your order will be dispatched once the funds have been received in our account (typically 24-48 hours).
All payments are processed in Euros (€) and include the current applicable VAT.
