Returns, Withdrawal, and Warranty Policy
At EXPERT3D SL, our goal is your total satisfaction. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return a product. Below, we detail our policy in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and its latest amendments.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the order, without the need for justification.
Conditions for a full refund:
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
- It must include its original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts, if any.
- The product must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish its good condition and proper functioning.
Depreciation of value (Use of 3D printers):
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In the case of 3D printers and technical equipment:
- If the equipment has been assembled, commissioned, and prints have been performed (using consumables, staining the nozzle/extruder, or marking the print bed), the product will be considered used. In this case, EXPERT3D SL reserves the right to deduct a percentage from the refund amount (as a reconditioning fee) or to refuse the return if the item is not suitable for resale.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Art. 103 of the Consumer Law, returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Unsealed consumables: filaments, resins, cleaning liquids, or spare parts that have been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery.
- Personalised products: items manufactured according to the consumer's specifications (e.g., parts printed on demand) or clearly personalised.
- Software: computer programmes that have been unsealed by the consumer.
- Goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Voluntary withdrawal: If you return the product because you have changed your mind, the customer assumes the shipping costs for the return to our warehouse.
- Defective product or our error: If the product arrives broken, defective, or if we have sent the incorrect item, EXPERT3D SL assumes all costs (collection and new shipment).
4. Legal Warranty
All our new products come with a 3-year Legal Warranty in accordance with current regulations in Spain for purchases made by final consumers.
- Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects, lack of conformity, and malfunctions that are not derived from misuse.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, impact, improper use or manipulation (e.g., unofficial firmware modifications, incorrect calibration that damages components), nor materials subject to wear and tear through normal use (nozzles, PEI sheets, bearings, etc.), unless it is a factory defect.
- Professional use: In the case of purchases invoiced to companies or freelancers for professional use, the corresponding commercial regulations and the warranty stipulated by the manufacturer (generally 1 year) will apply.
5. How to Process a Return?
To manage any return or incident, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Send us an email at [email protected] within the legal timeframe. Please indicate your Order Number and, if possible, the reason (this helps us improve, although it is not mandatory for withdrawal).
- Authorisation and Instructions: Within 24-48 working hours, our team will respond with packaging instructions and confirmation of the shipping address.
- Packaging: Protect the goods adequately. We recommend using the original box to avoid damage during transport. Important: If the product arrives damaged at our warehouse due to poor packaging by the customer, we will not be able to accept a full return.
- Shipping: Send the package to the following address (only after receiving confirmation):

6. Refunds
Once the product is received at our facilities and its condition is verified:
- We will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount (including the initial delivery costs for the most economical shipping method) within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
