1. Delivery Scope
EXPERT3D SL ships to the entire national territory of Spain, including:
- Mainland Spain
- Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
International Shipping: Shipping to other countries is possible subject to individual confirmation. If you wish to receive an order outside of Spain, please contact us before making your purchase to assess feasibility and costs.
2. Availability, Logistics, and Quality Control
At EXPERT3D SL, we take the integrity of technical equipment very seriously. Our preparation process is exhaustive to ensure your complete satisfaction:
- Centralised Logistics: To offer the widest possible catalogue, we operate from a centralised warehouse. Once your order is confirmed, the goods are transferred from our logistics centre to the dispatch area.
- Technical Verification (Quality Check): Unlike other stores, we do not ship boxes "blindly". Since we provide precision equipment (3D printers, scanners, etc.), our technicians perform a visual and integrity inspection of both the packaging and the product before handing it over to the carrier. We want to ensure that the equipment leaves our hands in perfect condition.
- Processing Time: Due to this internal logistical movement and strict quality control, the preparation and management time ranges between 2 and 4 working days.
We appreciate your patience, as this protocol minimises incidents and guarantees the security of your investment.
3. Total Delivery Time
The periods indicated below represent the estimated total time from the moment you place your order until you receive it at your address (including preparation, verification, and transport time):
- Mainland Spain: Estimated total time of 14 working days.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Estimated total time of 14 to 21 working days (this may vary depending on customs procedures or island logistics).
These timeframes are indicative and may vary according to the workload of transport agencies or public holidays. In the event of an unusual delay, EXPERT3D SL will keep the customer informed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price shown on the website, unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.
- Calculation: Costs are calculated automatically in the shopping basket before payment, based on total weight, package volume, and the delivery address.
- Note: Rates for islands or special zones may differ from mainland rates due to additional logistical costs.
5. Shipping Method and Tracking
We work with leading transport companies such as GLS, Correos, and FedEx to ensure the best delivery experience.
- Tracking: Once the order is verified and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can locate your package at any time via the carrier's website.
- Absence: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice or send a notification to arrange a new delivery or collection at the nearest office (depending on each agency's protocol).
6. Conditions for Bulky Goods
Due to the size and weight of certain equipment (such as industrial 3D printers or high-volume orders), delivery will be carried out under "kerbside" conditions (at the entrance of the building or industrial unit).
The carrier is under no obligation to carry the goods to upper floors, offices, or interiors; it is the customer's responsibility to have the necessary means for the final transfer into their home or premises.
7. Transport Damage and Returns
All goods are insured during transit. It is essential to follow this protocol to claim for any incident covered by insurance:
- Visual Inspection: Check the external condition of the packaging upon receipt. If you see dents, holes, or moisture, it is mandatory to note this on the driver's delivery note before signing (e.g., "Received with damaged box").
- Immediate Notification: If the product is damaged when the package is opened, notify us within a maximum of 48 hours at [email protected], attaching photographs of the damage and the packaging.
- Deadline: After this 48-hour period, transport agencies and insurance providers will not accept claims for breakage or aesthetic damage, and EXPERT3D SL will not be held responsible.
