xTool O1 Omni DT+UV Deluxe is a 4-in-1 printing system for applying images to rigid and textile materials. It combines UV, UV DTF, DTG, and DTF technologies. The device is equipped with dual printheads for simultaneous operation with different types of ink and the Pixel-Scan™ precise positioning system. It allows creating relief textures up to 7 mm high and printing images with a resolution of 720 × 1440 dpi.

Positioning and colour reproduction system
Colour management algorithms are based on the G7 standard, ensuring accurate reproduction of shades on different surfaces without manual calibration of profiles.
A resolution of 720 × 1440 dpi allows printing microtext from 1 mm in size while maintaining contour sharpness.
The resistance of the pigments to external influences guarantees the preservation of colour saturation over a long period of product use.
Printing on textiles and films
The DTG platform is adapted for direct printing on cotton fabrics, ensuring deep penetration of the pigment into the fibres after pre-treatment.
For synthetic fabrics, the DTF mode is provided, which forms a durable image on a heat transfer film for subsequent transfer.
Safety and maintenance
The inks have GREENGUARD Gold and OEKO-TEX certification, confirming the absence of toxic emissions during printing and safety in skin contact.

The optional rotary axis secures cylindrical and conical workpieces, adapting the tilt angle for precise focusing of the printhead.
