The UV spot at 0,02 × 0,02 mm combined with 0,001 mm vector resolution enables text micro-engraved onto a diamond ring to remain readable under magnification while leaving the gemstone surface entirely undamaged. On wood, the cold process delivers clean relief texture with zero charring — no masking tape, no chemical post-treatment, no sanding required.

Load materials onto the PU belt, confirm the layout in xTool Studio, and the machine's smart camera auto-detects each object's contour and engraves sequentially — no manual repositioning between items.
The conveyor supports material loads up to 10 kg and items up to 81,5 mm thick. The PU belt is certified to California Proposition 65 standards — a healthier alternative to common PVC belts — and travels the full 500 mm length without slippage.
Two distinct production modes cover every scenario. For large formats, the conveyor moves a single oversized piece under the stationary laser head — a family photo across 220 × 500 mm becomes one uninterrupted job. For small-item batches, multiple objects are placed side by side — jewellery pendants, wood spoons, business card blanks, or branded tokens — all engraved in a single automated pass.
The smart camera inside the F2 Ultra UV identifies each object's contour on the conveyor and automatically maps the design to it. xTool Studio displays detected shapes in real time — circular coasters, rectangular plaques, or irregular items — while the operator monitors progress from a laptop.
RA3 Rotary Attachment: Four Modes for Cylindrical and Spherical Surfaces
The xTool RA3 is a 4-in-1 rotary attachment enabling 360° engraving on cylinders, spheres, rings, and irregular shapes. Chuck mode handles diameters from 0 to 130 mm; roller mode covers 3 to 198 mm. The new T-type jaw design with expanded grip range secures rims up to 130 mm without slipping — a direct upgrade from the 100 mm limit on the previous RA2 Pro.
The MagSwap™ design makes switching between chuck and roller modes entirely tool-free. Magnetic pin-alignment locks each module into position in seconds — no screws, no loose hardware, no downtime between rotary styles.
The RA3 supports all rotary mode types: chuck, roller, sphere, ring, and inner ring. Full-wrap engraving on revolving vases — previously impractical due to continuously varying radius — is now achievable through automatic depth compensation. Batch production is supported via optional Chuck Kit and Roller Extension Kit, allowing multiple items to process simultaneously at speeds up to 1200 mm/s.
For custom order production, roller batch mode allows up to 3 sets of rollers to run simultaneously, maximising throughput on cylindrical items. Chuck batch mode keeps the next item loaded and ready while the current one engraves.
SafetyPro™ AP2: 7-Layer Filtration for Fume-Free Workspaces
The SafetyPro™ AP2 air purifier provides up to 7 stages of filtration engineered for continuous laser processing. SGS-certified results: 99.99% PM2.5 removal, 99.97% 0.3 µm dust filtration, and 99.99% TVOC removal. Acrylic cutting — one of the harshest odour-generating operations — produces 0.0 ppm VOC readings at the purifier outlet, versus 3.3 ppm without the unit.
The filtration stack works from coarse to fine. A SuperCyclone pre-filter with 36 cyclones removes particles over 5 µm aerodynamically — no contact, no clogging — and extends downstream filter life by up to 10×. The Ultra-Dense Carbon Mesh layer uses carbon particles 400× smaller than standard activated carbon, achieving superior VOC adsorption capacity with identical physical footprint.
Ultra-dense carbon mesh is the primary odour absorption stage. Carbon particles sized at 0.36 mm³ — versus 157.9 mm³ of standard carbon — pack far more surface area into the same volume, delivering sustained adsorption performance over a longer service interval.
