Following the success of the flagship X1 series and the P1P series built upon it, Bambu Lab offers the Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer, which remains competitively priced.
Built on the foundation of the P1P additive system, the new P1S features a build volume of 256×256×256 mm, now fully enclosed within a rigid chassis to provide a sealed working chamber. Bambu Lab has redesigned the cooling system: the P1S features an array of fans and sensors to improve temperature control within the chamber, as well as an activated carbon air filter. The P1S is capable of 3D printing materials prone to high thermal contraction — it is equipped with more powerful model cooling, a fan for forced air circulation within the chamber, and an additional fan on the control panel to cool the control board.
The main structural solutions of the Bambu Lab P1S have been carried over from the X1 series, meaning it also achieves acceleration of up to 20 m/s² and a print speed of up to 500 mm/s, using vibration damping algorithms and dynamic melt flow adjustment. The dual-gear reduction extruder features direct filament drive, the all-metal hotend heats up to 300 °C, and it can be used for 3D printing composite materials such as carbon fibre and glass fibre-reinforced polymers.
Optionally, an Automatic Material System (AMS) for automatic filament switching can be requested. One module accepts up to four spools, and up to four modules can be connected to the 3D printer, bringing the total filament selection up to sixteen.

Bambu Lab P1S — Advanced Technologies
