CreatBot D600 Pro 3D Printer

This printer offers an enormous build area of 600 × 600 × 600 mm and one of the highest print speeds available in the 3D printer market. It is equipped with a CoreXY system, which delivers stability and a print accuracy of 0.05 mm — ensuring high-quality 3D printing. The CoreXY system supports print speeds of up to 120 mm/s.

CreatBot D600 Pro production

The CreatBot D600 Pro 3D printer is fitted with a tempered glass heated build plate and extruders capable of printing at temperatures up to 350°C. These features allow for the widest possible range of materials in 3D printing. Compatible materials include ABS, PLA, PVA, HIPS, wood, nylon, PETG, rubber, flexible, copper, bronze, Primalloy, and many more.

The 3D printer features a robust metal body. This allows printing at high temperatures and high speeds. The semi-open enclosure makes it easy to monitor the print process.

With the stepper motors positioned at the rear of the printer, the print head is lighter and delivers higher speeds.

As well as printing at high speed and producing large objects, the CreatBot D600 Pro is equally capable of printing with a high level of detail and high resolution.

The extruders feature interchangeable nozzles, available in 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm, catering for both high precision and high-speed printing. You can print large, high-strength prototypes at speed, or small, fine objects with high precision. The CreatBot D600 Pro can also print with large nozzles of up to 1.2 mm in diameter. This allows for thicker, wider print layers, improving inter-layer adhesion. The result is a significant reduction in overall print time.

CreatBot D600 Pro 3D printer build volume

The CreatBot D600 Pro is equipped with a smart sensor that detects filament presence. If the filament runs out or breaks, the printer pauses and waits for you to insert new filament, then resumes printing from exactly where it left off.

CreatBot D600 Pro 3D printer display

The modular power control supports automatic shutdown of the printer once a print is complete.

The multifunctional display shows the current status of the 3D printer and allows you to adjust its operation. You can easily change the print temperature, print speed, flow rate, and fan speed, as well as pause, stop, or resume printing.

The controls allow adjustments to be made whilst printing.
