Elevate the standard of your dental laboratory with Formlabs Premium Teeth HT A3 resin (1 kg / 0.8 L cartridge). This cutting-edge material, reinforced with nanoceramic particles, has been formulated to deliver the precise balance between hyperrealistic aesthetics and superior mechanical strength. Designed specifically for the Form 3 ecosystem, this resin enables you to produce teeth for biocompatible prostheses, temporary restorations on implants, and bridges in the highly sought-after A3 shade. Achieve professional finishes that rival traditional methods in both beauty and longevity — with the speed and cost-efficiency of Additive Manufacturing.
Nanoceramic Performance for Dental Professionals
World-Class Strength and Toughness
Create prostheses built to last. Thanks to its nanoceramic particle composition, Premium Teeth resin delivers market-leading intraoral flexural strength whilst maintaining exceptional fracture toughness. This ensures your restorations withstand the forces of mastication and daily use without failure — providing patients with a reliable, long-lasting solution even in complex restorative cases.
Natural, Realistic Aesthetics (A3 Shade)
Achieve seamless visual integration with the patient's natural dentition. This material features a precisely calibrated A3 shade, offering optimised opalescence and translucency that faithfully mimics natural enamel. Whether for a single crown or a full arch, the final aesthetic quality ensures the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Validated Long-Term Durability
Work with confidence, knowing you are using a material rigorously tested for the oral environment. Premium Teeth resin resists abrasion, staining, and daily wear — ensuring restorations maintain their physical integrity and original appearance over time. Its longevity is validated across all application types, from single-unit provisionals to full-arch All-on-X devices.
Seamless Integration into Your Workflow
Optimise production times in your clinic or laboratory without compromising on quality. This material is fully compatible with conventional polishing and finishing tools, making manual adjustments straightforward. With reduced post-processing time and high dimensional stability, it fits perfectly into even the most demanding digital workflows.
Versatile Clinical Indications
Formlabs Premium Teeth resin is the intelligent choice for a broad range of restorative applications, both fixed and removable:
- Teeth for removable prostheses.
- Temporary All-on-X restorations (full-arch implant-supported).
- Diagnostic try-in prostheses.
- Temporary single units (crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays).
- Temporary bridges (up to 7 units).
Quick-Start Guide to 3D Printing Prostheses
Follow this validated workflow to produce high-quality biocompatible restorations with your Formlabs equipment.
Step 1: Design and Preparation
Import intraoral scans into your dental CAD software. Design the base and tooth configuration (as separate parts or a monolithic block). Ensure parameters match the material specifications and export designs as STL files.
Step 2: Slicing and Printing
Load the files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" for the teeth and the compatible resin (Denture Base Resin) for the base. Orient parts with the occlusal surface at an angle of 10 to 30 degrees relative to the build platform to preserve detail. Set a layer height of 50 microns for optimal surface quality and begin printing on your Form 3 or Form 3B.
Step 3: Washing and Curing
Wash parts in isopropyl alcohol (≥99%) using the Form Wash. It is essential to observe the recommended times to avoid deformation. Allow to dry completely, then carry out post-curing in the Form Cure according to the material profile to activate biocompatibility and achieve final mechanical strength.
Step 4: Assembly and Bonding
Remove supports and smooth contact points. Insert the teeth into the base sockets, using a small amount of uncured liquid resin as an adhesive. Re-cure the assembled prosthesis to achieve a strong, uniform chemical bond.
Step 5: Professional Finishing
Polish the final device using your laboratory's standard methods (pumice, high-gloss pastes, etc.) to achieve a smooth, glassy finish that ensures patient comfort and a natural aesthetic result.
