High-Performance Nanoceramic for Bleach Restorations

Nanoceramic-Reinforced Strength

Produce devices with industry-leading durability. Premium Teeth Resin is infused with nanoceramic fillers, delivering exceptional intraoral flexural strength and fracture toughness. This robust composition ensures printed parts withstand significant masticatory forces, making it a reliable choice for both temporary solutions and long-term removable applications.

Striking Bleach Aesthetics

Create restorations that make a real difference. The Bleach shade is specifically formulated with optimised opalescence and translucency to replicate the appearance of high-value bleached dental enamel. Whether for a temporary aesthetic veneer or a full set of prosthetic teeth, this resin delivers a natural, luminous finish that will exceed your patients' expectations.

Validated Clinical Longevity

Trust a material rigorously tested for the oral environment. Premium Teeth Resin resists abrasion, staining, and wear, ensuring the brilliant shade and structural integrity are maintained over time. It offers validated performance across a wide range of indications, from single units to full-arch All-on-X prostheses.

Streamlined Workflow and Finishing

Maximise your laboratory's efficiency with an easy-to-process material. This resin is compatible with standard dental finishing tools and polishes effortlessly to a high gloss. Excellent dimensional accuracy and ease of finishing reduce manual work, allowing you to deliver premium devices in record time.

Versatile Clinical Indications

Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin in the Bleach shade is the preferred choice for high-aesthetic restorative applications:

  • Removable prosthetic teeth (Bleach shade).
  • All-on-X temporary restorations (full-arch implant-supported).
  • Diagnostic try-in prostheses for aesthetic verification.
  • Single-unit temporary restorations (crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays).
  • Temporary bridges of up to 7 units.

Workflow Guide: 3D Printing Full Dentures

Follow this validated workflow to produce high-quality biocompatible dentures using the Formlabs ecosystem.

Step 1: Design and Setup

Import intraoral scans into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and dental arches (either as separate components or as a monolithic block). Ensure design parameters match the resin specifications and export designs as STL files.

Step 2: Print Preparation

Load the STL files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" (Bleach) for the teeth and a compatible resin (Denture Base Resin) for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface at an angle of 10–30 degrees relative to the build platform to preserve anatomical detail. Use a layer height of 50 microns for optimal surface quality. Print on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.

Step 3: Washing and Curing

Wash printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (≥99%) using a Form Wash. Strictly observe the recommended washing times to avoid warping. Allow parts to dry completely. Post-cure the teeth and base in a Form Cure according to the material-specific profile to achieve full biocompatibility and strength.

Step 4: Assembly and Bonding

After removing supports and smoothing the bonding surfaces, insert the teeth into the sockets of the denture base. Secure them using a small amount of uncured liquid denture resin. Re-cure the assembled denture to create a strong, seamless chemical bond.

Step 5: Final Finishing

Finish the denture using standard laboratory polishing techniques. Use pumice and high-gloss compounds to create a smooth, shiny surface that feels natural to the patient and resists plaque build-up.
