It is the ideal solution for dental professionals 3D printing durable prostheses, provisional implant-supported restorations, and bridges that meet the most demanding clinical standards.

Nanoceramic Precision for Superior Restorations

World-Class Mechanical Performance

Create devices capable of withstanding the rigours of the oral environment. Reinforced with nanoceramic fillers, Premium Teeth Resin delivers exceptional flexural strength and fracture toughness in the intraoral environment. Its robust composition ensures that printed parts resist masticatory forces, providing a reliable solution even for the most complex dental cases.

Brilliant Aesthetics in Shade B1

Achieve bright, natural-looking smiles. The B1 shade is optimised in translucency and opalescence to perfectly mimic natural enamel. Whether fabricating a single temporary veneer or a full-arch restoration, this resin delivers high-value aesthetics that will satisfy patients seeking a brighter smile.

Proven Durability and Wear Resistance

Trust a material with validated longevity. Subjected to rigorous abrasion, staining, and wear testing, Premium Teeth Resin maintains its structural integrity and visual appeal over time. It is the ideal choice for temporary restorations and prosthetic teeth that must perform consistently throughout their service life.

Optimised Finishing Workflow

Boost your laboratory's productivity with a material designed for efficiency. Premium Teeth Resin is easy to polish and finish using conventional dental tools. Its high dimensional accuracy and compatibility with standard workflows significantly reduce post-processing time, delivering a premium surface finish.

Versatile Clinical Applications

Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin is the definitive material for a wide range of aesthetic and functional indications:

  • Teeth for removable prostheses (Shade B1).
  • All-on-X provisional devices (full arch on implants).
  • Diagnostic trial prostheses.
  • Temporary single units: crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays.
  • Temporary bridges (up to 7 units).

Guide to 3D Printing Digital Prostheses

Follow this validated workflow to produce high-quality, biocompatible complete prostheses using the Formlabs ecosystem.

Step 1: CAD Design

Begin by importing intraoral scans or digitised impressions into your dental CAD software. Design the prosthesis base and dental arches (either as separate components or as a monolithic block). Ensure that the design parameters align with the resin specifications and export the designs as STL files.

Step 2: Print Setup

Load the STL files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" (B1) for the teeth and the appropriate base resin for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface at an angle of 10–30 degrees relative to the build platform to preserve anatomical detail. Use a layer setting of 50 microns and print on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.

Step 3: Washing and Post-Curing

Wash the printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (**≥99%**) using a Form Wash. Strictly observe the recommended wash duration to avoid dimensional changes. Allow the parts to dry completely. Post-cure the teeth and base in a Form Cure according to the material-specific profile to ensure biocompatibility and maximum strength.

Step 4: Assembly

Remove the supports and smooth the bonding surfaces. If printed separately, insert the teeth into the sockets of the prosthesis base. Bond them securely using a small amount of uncured liquid resin. Re-cure the assembly to establish a strong, seamless chemical bond.

Step 5: Final Finishing

Finish the prosthesis using standard laboratory polishing techniques. Use pumice and high-gloss compounds to create a smooth, lustrous surface that feels natural to the patient and resists bacterial plaque accumulation.
