Raise3D ABS Hyper Speed Filament for High-Speed 3D Printing

The Raise3D ABS Hyper Speed filament is one of the specially developed materials in the Raise3D range, designed for high-speed FFF 3D printing.

During rapid printing, filament is fed quickly into the heater block, where the polymer must melt without delay to prevent nozzle blockages and poor inter-layer adhesion. At high print speeds without a heated enclosure, ABS can warp and delaminate easily.

Raise3D's ABS Hyper Speed addresses these issues through an optimised molecular weight and stiffness, enabling faster melting and cooling, reducing the temperature gradient and internal stress. In addition, HS ABS offers improved inter-layer adhesion and freedom from warping, making it ideal for functional parts, tooling, and prototypes with extensive post-processing potential.

High-Speed ABS Printing Notes:

• For better build plate adhesion and a reduced risk of part warping, it is recommended to add a brim or raft.
