The build unit cools to below 100 °C in just 30 minutes. Advanced thermal control and material versatility

Dimensional accuracy in SLS printing depends heavily on thermal stability. The RMS220 employs a 4-zone IR heating system with auto-calibration that eliminates temperature fluctuations across the entire build platform. This prevents the warping often associated with high-temperature plastics. The machine is compatible with a wide range of industrial materials, including Raise3D PA12 for balanced mechanical performance, impact-resistant PA11, and flexible elastomers such as TPU90A and TPU86A. In addition, the integrated RFID material management system automatically identifies the loaded powder, adjusting parameters for optimal results and simplifying material tracking.

The Standard Package includes the Cleaning Station C220-P, which transforms the typically complex SLS powder recovery process into a clean, semi-automated workflow. This unit integrates powder separation, recovery, and preparation, reducing hands-on time per print cycle to just 20–45 minutes. A single operator can comfortably process over 50 kg of parts per shift, thanks to ergonomic features such as the adjustable armrest and transparent safety covers.
