The Formlabs Resin Pump is a continuous photopolymer resin supply system compatible with any Form 3 series 3D printer. It delivers 5 l of resin via a pumping system directly into the printer's resin tank. This enables extended 3D printing runs without any risk of the cartridge running dry.

Formlabs Resin Pump – How It Works

The Resin Pump supply system consists of two components: a resin pump and a **5 l** resin container. The pump, together with the resin, replaces the standard 1 l resin cartridge at the rear or side of the printer.

Each 5-litre container comes with a Resin Card, which is inserted into the Resin Pump body and informs the printer about the contents of the external 5-litre container.

Continuous 3D Printing with Formlabs

Continuous production is only possible when there is sufficient material. The Formlabs Resin Pumping System ensures that printers never run out of material while operators are away.

The Fleet Control and Dashboard features will notify operators when consumables are nearly due for replenishment, so resin can always be replaced before the end of the working day. The system works with new resin cartridges with a capacity of 5 l of material. This ensures multiple print jobs can run productively for days without interruption, complemented by the resin pump for fast and efficient dispensing.
