Raise3D Premium PC Polycarbonate Filament for 3D Printing
On this page you can purchase the Raise3D Premium PC polycarbonate filament for 3D printing. This is a reliable and durable material for 3D printing in mechanical engineering and end-use applications.
Raise3D Premium PC is a filament for FDM printers, formulated from advanced polycarbonate. The filament delivers outstanding print quality and strong mechanical characteristics — most notably, exceptional resistance to damage. The material also offers high impact resistance, high rigidity, heat resistance, and flame-retardant properties. Thanks to these qualities, PC filament can absorb impacts, prevent warping or cracking, and maintain stability at high temperatures and in the presence of flames.
Polycarbonate, with a high heat resistance of up to 110 °C, performs excellently at elevated temperatures. This makes it an ideal substitute for metals in high-temperature environments. For example, it can be used for 3D printing parts located under a vehicle's bonnet. Polycarbonate is also well known for its high impact resistance and is frequently used in functional testing stages, for the manufacture of solid parts, complex end-part structures, and production runs. Parts printed in polycarbonate are successfully used in manufacturing, with or without post-processing.
