The xTool S1 features a fully enclosed, integrated construction with a flame-retardant housing. The transparent lid with dual-band filtering provides excellent protection and lets you observe every stage of the process without wearing protective goggles.
Extracting the smoke and harmful gases produced during laser operation on a material's surface is a critical process. That's why the design incorporates an extremely powerful smoke extractor fitted with a high-performance active fan. Generated vapours are rapidly expelled to the outside, safeguarding your health and wellbeing.
Four-Level Safety Protection
- A new 5-sided flame sensor system (4 front and rear deflectors, 1 laser head) provides enhanced flame detection capabilities.
- Lid and base plate opening sensors trigger an emergency stop when the lid is opened, preventing any laser radiation from escaping.
- The tilt/impact detection function automatically halts the engraving process and triggers an alert if the device housing is tilted or moved.
- A convenient emergency stop button allows you to safely halt processing at any moment.
